Colorado Springs October 2021 Housing Market

Seller’s Market Continues Strong

As we headed into fall of 2021, the October housing market continued to show no signs of slowing down. The number of active listings was up almost twenty-five percent over the same period last year. The average length of time a home was on the market was down to only eleven days (a forty-five percent decrease).

Because there are still so few houses available to meet the needs of the buyers looking for homes, we continue to be in a multiple-offer situation with homes selling, on average, at 102% of asking price. In the past year, the average price of a home in Colorado Springs has increased almost twenty percent to a whopping $510,741!

Please call me today to discuss your individual situation and see how you might benefit from this hot hot market.
