A seven-day recap of
Things to Do in Colorado Springs

Tiffany Homes
I had an opportunity this week to meet with Tiffany Black Overhoser and Steve Overhoser, owners of Tiffany Homes, one of the top homebuilders in Colorado Springs. If you’re thinking of building or remodeling a home anywhere in the Colorado Springs area, I would highly recommend them. Vision, unique ideas, attention to detail, and excellent workmanship make it no surprise that they continually walk away with prestigious awards.

Gold Hill Mesa
New listing available next week in Gold Hill Mesa. This ranch-style, updated, handicap-accessible home is a wonderful find. Master bathroom boasts not only a soaking tub and separate shower, but also a walk-in tub, and an elevator chair for access to the large walk-out basement. Call or email me today for details.

New IDX
One of the main purposes of a real estate website is to provide customers with a search feature to find current homes for sale in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. After much research, I selected IDX Broker as the provider for the search function on my site. I was excited to spend a day this week learning the system and beginning targeted searches for site visitors.

Coming Soon
Within the very near future, we will offer a 1952 Mid-Century modern home that hasn’t been on the market in decades. Contact me if you would like more information on this ranch-style home that sits on a large lot in the Skyway area of southwest Colorado Springs. It even has a three-car garage with a separate storage shed. This one won’t last long!

Fall in Colorado
No matter where you go in Colorado Springs, it’s always beautiful. We had a quick rain shower during the week, and the sky lit up with fall colors and rainbows. I couldn’t resist pulling over and taking a shot.

Downtown Colorado Springs
One of my favorite neighborhoods to show houses is Downtown Colorado Springs. I had the pleasure of showing a few Victorians this week, and then on a walk, had a completely different view of that area in this amazing city.

Halloween
The week ended with Halloween. One of my daughters has gotten together with a childhood friend during Halloween week for over a decade. This year they tried Hellscream Haunted House, and deemed it the “scariest of the scarys” they’d ever encountered. Not only does Hellscream offer a blood-curdling Halloween-week experience, but they have Murder Mystery evenings, Laser Tag, and other hair-raising adventures throughout the year. Check them out!
