- Enter sales data for County Records
- Shred one file
- Scan entire file to disc
- Store hard file at outside location
- Copy HUD-1 and put in pre-addressed envelope
- Mail out disc of all paperwork to Buyer
- Mail out HUD-1 to Buyer the following year for taxes
- Gift to client
- Ask for referral
