Many Buyers believe that if they go directly to the Listing Agent that they will save money on the purchase of a home. Not only is that not true most of the time, but your interests are not being fairly represented in most similar situations.
No matter how well we plan real estate deals, sometimes there are bad people in a transaction, and the repercussions can’t be foreseen.
No matter how nice they are, if they tell you they have cash in the bank to purchase a home, make sure you get proof.
Not all Realtors are created equal. Make sure you find someone who is in tune to what YOU need, and not just “the way it’s always been done.”
